Watson Model 100 35mm Film Bulk Loader

I have never used a bulk film loader so I have limited knowledge.  If you have any questions, please ask and I will find out the answer.
It does appear to be in very good condition.
There is film inside.  My guess though is that the film is no longer any good.  I bought this as part of a lot at an estate sale, so you can probably assume it was opened one or more times, exposing the film
