Vintage Soviet photo paper cutter with 2 knives. One is straight, the second is curly. made in the USSR at the Kharkov plant "Metallist", 70s. There is a stamp of the plant.
Material is steel. The dimensions of the platform are 170x90 mm (6.6x3.5 "). The maximum width of the photo paper is 150 mm (5.9"). The frame is in good working order. There is slight corrosion on metal from storage conditions.
